At Knapp’s, our mission has always been simple: great food, great people, and a place that feels like home. We’re proud to bring that tradition to our hometown of New Baltimore.
Here, you’ll find great food and spirits from our signature burgers and house-made toppings to wood fire and Detroit-style pizzas, every plate is built for pure enjoyment.
For over 30 years, we’ve partnered with Richmond Meat Packers to source local meat for our custom ground-beef blend and more. We still hand-patty our burgers daily (even though they’ve offered to take over!) because freshness and quality are non-negotiable.
Most importantly, Knapp’s has always been about community. A place where friends gather, families connect, and new memories get made.

Our goal has always been to provide a good food and a great place for friends to gather. Remember, friends don’t let friends eat at food chains!
Once home to Kret’s Garage, this historic building was where locals pulled in for tune-ups, gas, and good conversation. Today, we’ve transformed the space into a modern dining destination—while honoring every bit of its character.
You’ll find original bumpers and front ends, a restored vintage gas pump, and our signature garage-style chandelier, crafted from automotive parts and shining proudly over the dining room.
Same spirit. New energy. A place rebuilt for the community.
